YWCA Contra Costa / Sacramento partners with EnlightWorks to promote and get signups for their childcare and mental health services.

The Problem

YWCA Contra Costa / Sacramento (YWCA) provides residents with childcare and mental health services for Contra Costa County and Sacramento, California. YWCA is on one of our Managed Performance Website plans. 


YWCA has a small staff and has over 100 different paper forms they require their clients and staff to fill out for their services. The processing of these forms was highly time-consuming, and it needed unnecessary coordination with clients to get them completed. YWCA is also under HIPAA Compliance and is a licensed childcare center for California, with stringent data and paperwork storage guidelines. 


Also, in 2021 after the State of California started to open up schools more after the pandemic began to get better, YWCA came to us with a priority to get more leads and enrolment for their childcare program and mental health services.


EnlightWorks worked with YWCA on implementing an online forms solution and an SEO & PPC roadmap to boost enrollments for its six childcare centers located in Martinez, California, Antioch, California, Bay Point, California, Richmond, California, and Oakley, California. They also wanted to improve their rankings on Google for their mental health programs.

The Solution

To address the challenges with their paper forms, EnlightWorks set up a HIPAA compliant account with Formstack for all  Mental Health forms and another secure Formstack account for the required forms for childcare, internal HR forms, and residential services for Sacramento. The key to setting up these accounts was to ensure access was secured and monitored. EnlightWorks then converted all of YWCA's paper forms into responsive online forms that can be accessed by any device, including mobile phones and tablets. For the State of California licensing forms, we needed to implement a process that would automatically transfer any online submitted data to the State of California licensing original formatted forms. 


We then developed a detailed plan for accomplishing the SEO & PPC goals above by migrating their website from a WordPress platform to Duda, which has built-in SEO advantages over WordPress. The SEO and PPC plan included thorough research into what the competitors were doing well and what content and keywords would help boost YWCA's rankings on Google.
